A Little Bit About My Story

I’m a certified Life and Business Coach and Emotional Intelligence Assessor through Six Seconds. As a poly-entrepreneur, I combine experience and heart to work alongside business and ministry leaders to promote an effective and healthy work environment.

I also work with individuals to gain clarity around identity, calling, and vocation. I believe people thrive when they are free to be authentic and are connected to their purpose.

My focus is on partnering with business and ministry leaders to build healthy teams and cultivate an atmosphere of growth. A healthy work environment is foundational before any work is done on vision and goal setting. Emotional intelligence isn’t just a skill; it’s the foundation of effective leadership, healthy teams, and lasting success. I work with leaders to sharpen vision, improve communication, and build positive workplace cultures.

Over the past 26 years, I have worked in the corporate team-building and sailing business with my husband, as well as built a 14-year personal chef company. This was fueled by my passion for creativity, collaboration, and authentic connection. After nine years of mentoring through a nonprofit organization, transitioning into coaching was a natural and fulfilling next step in my professional journey.

On a personal note, I have been blessed with over 27 years of marriage and a beautifully blended family that includes fourteen wonderful grandchildren. One of the most rewarding seasons of our lives was serving for six years with WinShape Marriage in the British Virgin Islands and the Abacos, Bahamas. Together, we invested in couples, grew as leaders, and strengthened our partnership—both personally and professionally—as a captain-and-first-mate team.

Today, I’m committed to helping leaders, teams, and individuals clarify their purpose and lead with confidence. Whether in the boardroom, on the water, or in a coaching session, it’s an honor to support others in becoming who they’re meant to be.
